Ms CHONG Chiet Ping
CHAIRMAN
Ms Chong Chiet Ping was appointed as a director on 1 April 2019.
Ms Chong had worked for 33 years with Hewlett Packard holding various positions with the last being Senior Vice President of Operations, HP Asia Pacific. She has been involved in setting up operations and factories in China, Japan, Australasia and India amongst others. Her experience in operating in all the countries in Asia Pacific, especially China and India, has provided her deep insights into how businesses can run in the Asia Pacific region.
Having worked as a consultant for 2 full years to the top management of the largest white goods corporation in China, her focus was on restructuring the organisation and business processes.
Ms Chong has been involved with the start-ups eco system in Singapore since 2010. She is currently a partner with Green Meadows Accelerator Pte Ltd (Enterprise Singapore’s co-investment partner) and Small World Accelerator Pte Ltd (another co-investment partner of Enterprise Singapore), which are part of the SG Equity programme under Enterprise Singapore. The focus of these accelerators is investments into deep tech startups space – Advanced Manufacturing and Engineering, Novel materials and Photonics, IOT, Clean / Green tech etc.
She had served on the board of Razer Inc from 2007 to 2014 and also served as an independent director of Ascendas Fund Management – a manager of SGX listed Ascendas Reit. She is also involved in the board of several of her investee companies, including Third Wave Power Pte Ltd and Moovita Pte Ltd .
Ms Chong holds a Diploma in Electronics and Electrical Engineering, Singapore Polytechnic.
Ms LIM Sau Hoong

Ms Lim Sau Hoong was appointed as a director on 5 February 2018.
Ms Lim Sau Hoong was CEO and Executive Creative Director of 10AM Communications, an advertising agency that she founded in 2000. Since its founding, 10AM has garnered more than 300 awards including Cannes, the One Show, the British Designer & Art Directors club, Clio and Communication Arts. Prior to the founding of 10AM communications, she spent 12 years in both BBDO Asia (Singapore) and Ogilvy & Mather (Singapore, Beijing & Shanghai) as the head of the
creative teams, attaining more than 400 awards for the two agencies.
Identified for her unique creative talent, Sau Hoong was invited to join the Planning Committee for the 2008 Beijing Olympics' Opening Ceremony as visual advisor, and contributed to the success of the Beijing Olympics. She headed the Shanghai World Expo 2010 Singapore Pavilion Advisory Panel from 2008 to 2010, and chaired the
Speak Mandarin Council (Singapore) from 2008-2011. She was also Chairperson for the Public Education Committee of the National Council for Problem Gambling, member of the National Parks Board , Director of the Singapore Chinese Orchestra Board, an Independent Director of Ascendas Funds Management and the Vice-Chairperson of the 6th Singapore Note and Coin Advisory Committee. In June 2013, Ms Lim was appointed Chairperson of the Chinese Development Assistance Council (CDAC) Stakeholders Communications Committee and she is currently an Independent Director of NTUC FairPrice.
Sau Hoong has sat on the jury for many international advertising festivals including Cannes, Clio, Times Asia Pacific Advertising Awards, the New York Advertising Festival, London International Advertising Awards, The Art Directors Club Awards, the International China Times Creative Awards, and the Asia-Pacific Media Awards. She was also a jury member on the inaugural President Design Award in Singapore. Sau Hoong was nominated as one of the top three most influential persons in media, marketing, and advertising in Singapore. In 2007, She was awarded the President’s
Design Award and Designer of The Year for her contributions to media, marketing and culture to Singapore. In 2020, she was awarded The Distinguished Arts and Social Sciences Alumni Award of The National University Of Singapore and was also nominated for The Best Costume Design in the 57th Golden Horse Awards for the feature film “Precious Is the Night” which she co-produced.
Ms Lim holds a Diploma in Education, Institute of Education and Bachelor of Arts (Honours) at National University of Singapore.
Mr Zech LUNG

Mr Zech Lung was appointed as an Executive Director on 15 September 2022.

Zech Lung brings over 14 years of leadership experience across diverse industries, with a strong focus on operational excellence and strategic planning.
As Chief Operating Officer, Zech has spearheaded key initiatives, including reducing energy costs by 45% through demand-side management and lowering production losses to below 1%. He successfully established business operations in Taiwan, collaborating with a joint venture partner to launch ELO’s products and build local distributorships.
Zech’s expertise in supply chain management, project execution, and business process optimization has been a significant asset to the board since his appointment in 2022, driving continuous improvements in operational efficiency.
